U388’s terms run long, and most of it is boilerplate. A handful of clauses are not. They decide whether your withdrawal goes through, whether your sports bets count toward a bonus, and whether a balance can be taken away from you. An e-wallet or an FPay bank transfer starts at RM30. Everything else starts at RM100. If you deposit small amounts, that difference is the whole decision.
This is the section that costs the most money, because a bonus changes the rules on your entire balance rather than just the bonus part of it.
Start with the hard one. While a promotion is active or its turnover is unfinished, you cannot withdraw. Not the bonus, not your own deposit, nothing. The sports restrictions are the most technical rules on the site, and they are where bonus turnover quietly fails to accumulate.
The 1.50 floor is the one to internalise. It rules out short-priced favourites and heavily odds-on selections, which is exactly where a player trying to clear turnover cheaply would otherwise go. That is clearly the point of the rule.
Separate from promotions, the general betting rules apply to everyone. No bets after an event has started, and a bet accepted in error after the start can be voided. U388 keeps wide discretion in its own rules, and you should read that before you trust a large balance to the account.
Bets can be voided where a system malfunction or an obvious error occurred, and U388’s decision on the settlement of bets is final. There is no published appeal path.
Accounts can be suspended or closed for cheating, automated or AI-assisted betting, collusion between accounts, or bonus abuse, and balances can be forfeited when such a finding is made. Irregular play is defined broadly enough to catch behaviour that is not obviously dishonest: covering more than 25 of the 37 roulette numbers, betting both sides of an event, and pausing bonus rounds to finish them later all appear in the promotional abuse clause.
